Return and Refund Policy

At Bump, Baby and Beyond, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Certain items, such as personal care products, gift cards, and clearance items, are non-returnable for hygiene or final-sale reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at return@bbabyb.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If rejected, we will contact you with an explanation.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at return@bbabyb.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@bbabyb.com.
