Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (for hygiene reasons), custom products, or sale items.

To start a return, please contact us at return@bbabyb.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at return@bbabyb.com.
